Drive through closes at 11 pm and we arrived 15 minutes before 11 pm. Evening employees won’t even bother to prepared our order. Worst night staff and rude people.

Most employees do their best...most. There are the few rude ones to deal with at times, just as in most workplaces. Unfortunatley, they don't always have the resources to do the best possible job. Most do their best with what they have to work with. I do feel bad for them on that end (broken equipment and out of stock for weeks at times).There is a bit of confusion at times with milk vs cream though, and tea vs coffee. This is ok when corrected but when you state it's wrong and they tell you to "drink it anyway", or that you are "mistaken" when you know the difference, it gives that experience a very bad rating. It would be so much easier to just smile and agree to make another one, that simple. Everyone makes mistakes just not everyone will admit to them. Fix the order, it shouldn't be an issue.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons in Meteghan, NS. Despite Google listing their closing time as 23:00, I arrived at 21:50 PM on a Friday night to find the establishment locked and closed. A rude female employee refused to let us in or serve us via the drive-thru, repeatedly shouting "we are closed" without listening to any questions. There was someone waiting for her in the parking lot, indicating she prioritized her plans over customer service. Avoid this location if you value your time and good service.

Great atmosphere and friendly service. Food selection was low as there wasn't much in the show case and no biscuits for breakfast sandwiches. Also, the menu was only displayed in french, which for me was ok as I am bi lingual but not everyone is.
