Great for breakfast too. Small breakfast menu, but very tasty options. Wife had the full breakfast which was very good, and I had the lobster omelet which was marvelous. Typical large café but very clean and friendly staff and regulars.

They make the best Cheesecake we ever had in Nova Scotia. For a breakfast try the western sandwich 😋

Lobster Dinner! Fantastic meal. We are so glad about this recommendation. Julie, Juliette and their staff are incredibly nice people. This place is an absolute must when you are visiting Nova Scotia. Wonderful experience and once again: thank you! Heike and

They have reopened!!
We dined there in mid-June (2024) and the portions were large and the service excellent.
8/6/24-- Our third visit this summer. We are fish and chips people and their fish is fresh. We had a chance to chat with the new owner and she is a delightful young woman. Even at 1:30 in the afternoon, people were still coming in for lunch.
If you are 'from away,' this is a proud Acadian area and many people in the restaurant will be speaking French. Also, as with all of Nova Scotia, the people are warm and friendly. When you finish lunch, wander down the wharf and you will find folks more than willing to talk about the fishing/lobstering industry.
We are from Connecticut and have a summer place nearby.
