I drove through 10 minutes of fog to get to Edelweiss Hotel, like something out of the Twilight Zone. Checked in, then went down for dinner. Had no preconceived notions. This restaurant was so cute and cozy. The chef was amazing and professional while still being personable. The food is on another level. Absolutely fantastic. I will most definitely be going back. Can't wait to sit on the deck in the summer with a nice glass of wine and a great meal.
You have to stop here if you’re in the area. It’s a must!The food is incredible and you can tell the whole experience is a passion for the owners. The chef frequently came to check in on our meal, you could tell it mattered to him that we enjoyed our meal.Everything was amazing, but the baked potato side was the best I’ve had in my life.Shout out to Danny for serenading us with some classic singalongs.
