Absolutely 10/10 on all aspects! My 9 month old devoured everything on our plate and was allowed too because it was fresh, local, and simple ingredients! (Pot hole burger, handmade fries, pickles and sunflower sprouts!) The owners were so friendly and sweet with him, and they had children's toys present as well. Despite the insane heat today (30+ degrees + the heat from cooking) they were so cheerful and happy to serve their customers. Honestly the most wholesome lunch and experience I enjoyed in a while!

I loved absolutely everything about this place. The food is delicious and fresh. Can watch them making the pirogies while you wait for your meal. The owners are such friendly humbled souls. Make you feel like you’ve known them forever. Plus they give back to the community as well. Can’t wait to go back to try more options it all looked and sounded delicious.

Such a lovely lil diner! I had butter chicken gnocchi and so far I'd say it's the best tasting gnocchi I've ever had. The service was amazing too, such friendly people! They made the place feel very inviting.

Their food items are decently refreshing, especially for the area they're located. I can't think of anywhere else in Middleton, Kingston, or anywheres around there that offer gnocchi or perogies, especially of that quality.

Foods quality is bad. Someone there should at least try what they make. Disappointing. Im sure the other reviews are from friends or family. It can’t be possible that people give a positive review to the food. Feel bad for the owners.

I was out visiting the valley for my birthday, and to be honest, my trip was centered around visiting this diner. I had heard about it via Facebook, and after reading the reviews, I knew I had to visit. If you are in the area, or even looking for a place to eat outside of the city (Halifax), I highly recommend. The owners are very sweet, and make you feel welcomed. The atmosphere is fantastic - lots to look at, take a book/leave a book library, and chalk for the kids! The food is fantastic. We had their pierogies - an obvious choice. Also has their Mac and cheese. Homemade - you can't go wrong with anything you order. Lots of other treats as well, including food items like cider, preserves and pastries. They also had some hand made earrings & album art (cut from records) for sale. Highly recommend. Support local. We will be back 😊

Love this little spot..Foods off the chart and owners are great. All the food is prepared with their own spices and everything is made from scratch...Best homemade Cheesecake ever.. I highly recommend this place.

Visiting Family nearby, went to pick up a variety of frozen perogies by the dozen over our holiday. Stayed for lunch and everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. From the Mexican bowl to the Soups and sandwiches. Just simply good food! Super Kid friendly with chalkboard tabletops for the creatives, a little library for the bookworms and a toy box shelf for those who seek more kinetic action! Top it off with good music and lovely service. Winner.

We popped in for a bite to eat and was surprised to see the owner making the dough fresh for our order! We had the samosa perogies and a caesar salad and it was delicious! The atmosphere is relaxed and very friendly. I would recommend ordering a couple of different types of perogies and a salad to split between 2 people. If we lived in the area we would definitely eat here regularly.
