Sad sad service the employee made no attempt to pretend she wanted to be there, just slapping things together couldn't care less will not be returning to this subway again.

I’m really disappointed with this order. I specifically ordered a veggie patty sandwich, but they didn’t even have the veggie patty and still refused to refund me. The sandwich they gave instead was overly salty, and even the bread was wrong — I asked for Italian cheese bread but got multigrain. Terrible service and complete lack of attention to the order. Definitely not ordering again.

I don't think this restaurant will get a review from me. The girl that was serving me was not polite at all, when asked about my sub and salad I was having she didn't ask if I wanted it toasted she proceeded to put my sub on with another customers and toasted it. Also had a salad with chicken and she warmed it up without asking. I also asked her about the soup and she responded with, I will have to check which I understand but she proceeded to help someone else without checking for me. I had to ask her to check for me. The customer in front of me even said that she doesn't seem like she wants to work. My comment to that was if she doesn't want to work then she shouldn't be there.

stood around while the girl never even looked up there was a gentleman ahead of me who Was also waiting and ended up leaving.
while all she was doing was wiping down the counter I said can we have some service and all I got was ya. VERY POOR customer service

This is the second time I’ve received the wrong order, even though my receipt shows the correct items. It’s really frustrating because I only realize the mistake when I open my food at work, making it difficult to come back and get it fixed. To make things worse, no one even answers the phone when I try calling. I hope they improve their accuracy and customer service because this is disappointing.

If I could give this place 0 stairs after this experience I would. I just got the wrong food completely made backwards. I ordered 2 subs online. One was made as the other and vice versa. When I return them, the men refused to remake them and started picking the ingredients off with my his hands. When I told him he couldn't take the sauce off he told me it would be fine and just added a bunch of hot sauce and olives (that weren't even asked for) and handed them back to me when I said it had sauce from another order and he couldn't just remove that he still refused me and wouldn't make my order as I ordered it even tho I had receipts with ingredients list on it
