10/10 family diner, fast friendly service, excellent food, fair prices and perfect portion sizes. I only recently tried this place for the first time, I've gone back twice since!

The Big Scoop is our go to spot. Consistently good food. Great service and the friendliest team in the Valley. We love the “2 can dine” offers each week. Definitely our 1st choice for weekend breakfasts too!

Had the turkey, bacon lettuce sandwich with cranberry dressing and it was excellent. A nice change from typical sandwiches offered.

Went twice while on holidays once for breakfast had the worst service and food when we finally got it was cold and eggs dried out. Gave a second chance for supper was seated in a crammed corner by washrooms, received room temp water and after waiting 20 mins to order and having 4 tables we could see that came in after us have their orders taken before us. Then we waited 45 mins for our food and watched an additional 3 tables come in and everyone gets their food but us. We only ordered burgers and fries. Waitress never came to table so we left without ever being served our order
