Our family went out for a supper last week. I ordered the steak and ceaser salad. It was the best medium rare steak ever! Cooked to perfection!! The Ceaser Salad was excellent also. My husband ordered fish and chips. The serving was fantastic. If you like fish you have to give it a try!

Very friendly atmosphere and great food that's cooked with some amount of competence and courtesy. The staff are very attentive and spirited people and the food comes out to the table reasonably fast every time I come in here for lunch even when they're packed and busy.

****editing to add we went back the very next day for breakfast and the steak and eggs was the best breakfast I've had in the valley in a long time
After a week closed they debut with some new menu options tonight! ..We go here 1-2 times every two weeks for dinner and every Saturday morning we bring our daughter in after dance for breakfast so we were excited to try the new options
...and the new menu options did not disappoint. My husband had the new Philly sandwich and said it is the best one he has had here in nova scotia and that it was pretty close to a real Philly (just needed some cheese whiz). He also had the herb chicken soup/roll and it was great. Needed a little salt but he's an over salter lmao
I had the new grilled chicken dinner which I was super stoked to see on the menu. Everywhere only seems to offer a battered crispy chicken which unfortunately I can't eat so now I could finally have somewhere to get chicken....if it was good....
Well it was better than good .. it was absolutely friggin delicious... juicy and flavourful... Travis and the gang don't usually disappoint so I tend to have high expectations and once again they were met and exceeded. The only thing missing was my roll...but that's okay ..I ate the one that came with my husbands soup haha
Besides the food, the new look is fresh and inviting and I cannot forget mentioning the staff.... everyone always is so warm and welcoming even when super busy. Our 3yr old loves coming in because they all know her name and make her smile.
