I have liked this location the most for years. Not sure what happened but after the morning shift they are lazy and slow. Morning is fine. Afternoon is confusing and shameful.

This was the easiest and friendliest service I’ve received from any place this far . Everyone seems to be happy when I spoke to them . Place was clean and looks very nice inside and outside . I’ll be back soon !!!

You have to wait a good 5 minutes before being able to order, they didn’t give me old fashion plain timbits so that wasn’t cool either

Waiting over 20 minutes for a couple cups of steeped tea is absolutely terrible!!!!
.didn't have the bread option that I wanted . And they don't offer just regular lactose free milk or cream they only have milk alternative options which many people don't like.

Downhill dive. This place is the slowest I've seen. I've been to dirtier TH but not many. I go only occasionally. Drive thru is pretty good though.
