Not too sure how you get barred from tim horton's but I sure did my bagel was burnt five days in a row but yet somehow it was my fault, and they didn't like my reaction.And barred me

Placed an online order. Waited in store for 15 minutes & still no order. Waited in line which I thought I could avoid with an online order. No order was made & when they went to make the order, they had run out of one of the products. I will never place an online order & I might not even visit this place again.

It took 15 minutes just to get a simple order through the drive through. It should not take that long. There were a lot of staff but the wait was still horrendous. They said sorry for the wait but come on. Slowest Tim’s I have ever been to in my life and my spouse agrees.

The beeping. It is continual. Every second, a high pitched beep. The locals who visit don't seem to notice. The staff are working hard so whatever machine demands attention obviously doesn't need it as orders are getting done. Go through the drive through if you wear hearing aids or are sensitive to insistent, high pitched sounds.

A convenient place to stop for coffee or hot chocolate. I don't usually go inside because I have Celiac Disease and can't eat anything on the menu. Before I found out about my Disease I used visit often. I found lately many people complain a lot about sloppy service, miss communication, and a longer waiting time.

The drive thru was very quick getting us our order. Amy (Bitty) was friendly with a big smile and a great attitude.

I have gone multiple times to give the workers benefit of the doubt but every time the staff we rude and seemed like they didn’t want to be there, each time I had to wait 10-15 minutes just for a drink ( iced chai lattes) which Ik they don’t take that ling to make cuz I have got them at other Tim’s before and even when it’s not busy they always have it done by the time I get to the window or very shortly after. This is probably the worst Tim’s I have visited in years

Slowest Tim Hortons, if you are planning to grab a coffee quickly it would be faster to drive to Greenwood. 15 minutes with only 2 people before me in line, some how happens every time need to be in and out.

During a recent visit to the tim hortons in Middleton NS, my sister and I each got something for breakfast. My sister asked for a doublestack farmers wrap with an extra hash brown on the side. When she went to eat the wrap, it was wrapped very tight and super small. Well, low and behold there was no hashbrown on her wrap. I go to eat my breakfast bagel and there is nasty lettuce on my sandwich. This time hortons used to be nice to go to and the food was always good, now its almost every visit there that something is charged for and not put in the order or the food is gross.

Today, Wednesday .August 20, stopped for coffee and everything seems wrong. Coffee was old and without taste, brownie terrible, so was bagel with cream cheese. (My wife threw out brownie, I ate my substandard bagel with wrong cheese - not cream cheese I ordered). Being on the road we were unable to turn back to complain to management. Also, the toilets (both) were filthy, not today's mess but several days of grime on surfaces and sticky floors.
As for service, rather confusing and we had to ask for one item which was paid for but not presented.
Will avoid in future.

You wait 20 minutes, nobody ahead of you while the staff is clowning around, swearing like I have never heard and talking about customers in the store. Absolutely pathetic
