Stopped here on Wednesday, May 10th. They were short staffed. The girl working the counter was awesome, with no issues at all with the ordering or food. It was more the \"supervisor\" who was working. She was yelling at the other staff. Various customers came in and walked out. I understand they were short staffed, but don't treat your fellow staff members like that. It was uncalled for. Especially loud enough that the customers could hear you. I felt so bad for the other employees working.

I am writing this as I am in the drive through. The young gentleman that served me is incredible. I don’t know his name but this guy is management + material. Accurate, funny and very professional. A&W, promote this man. Do not let him leave. This is what future CEOs look like.

Restaurant was not very clean.Restaurant employee wiped her nose just before taking my order and touched many things in the work area afterward without washing her hands, then proceeded to place the lid to my tea, without washing her hands. I have worked in the food industry for years and I was disturbed by the lack of food safety handling practices by the employee.We were there early in the morning, so in that, I would have expected the floors to be clean, door windows and handle clean and our table to be clean, none of which were.My spouse had eggshells or something else, in his eggs. I hope that they will see this review and take action to improve their food service. I will not be eating there again.

Dine-in area is open with convenience store. Plenty of seating. Only one fly seen buzzing around. Person taking my order told me they didn’t have uncles and was not very friendly. Was dismayed by verbal abuse directed by the manager at staff mopping the floor.

Wife brought this home from this restaurant tonight, Aug 11,2022 around 20 after six(ish). Only opened it to get rid of the onions, that I am sure she ordered with no onions. This is what I see. Now no guarantees its an actual bite missing from the burger but gotta say who in their right mind would serve this to a customer

Very consistently, hilariously unreliable. Everytime we travel to our camp we stop in here and they get something wrong. Like it was correct on the screen. They just dont pay attention to it when they make it... So weird but they always fix it just fine. So we just dine in so we don't have a crying kid halfway down the road.

Burger was so old, I wouldn't of even served it to my dog. They need to be more careful when serving their burgers, and don't give people burgers that sat for hours.
