Went to dine in today. Ordered a combo of a plant based burger, fries and root beer. Waited for 13 minutes to get the order. Fries were hot and crispy and burger was slightly warm. They forgot to give me my root beer, I showed my receipt as a proof and got it. Root beer had an aftertaste of chlorine/bleach.

This place is really neat. The people are nice, good deals, fast service. I been here for dates, breakfast, dinners, or just grabbing a bite for the way home. Seems like its never busy which makes it nice to walk in and grab something to eat.

Waited in line for about 15 minutes.. one employee screaming out orders over and over instead of waiting for the elderly half deaf man who was slowly making his way over. He was missing part of his meal and they kept ignoring him. They seemed to not understand how to input coupons into the system and were being fairly rude to a very elderly lady. Also watched a fry fall half over and an employee manhandle the top of the fries touching all of them to pick it up. Restaurant was also very disgusting inside and garbage everywhere.. employees were also very uncleanly and we ended up leaving after waiting in line for so long after we lost our appetites due to all of the issues. No thanks
