I try not to use this Timmy's. Worst one in ns. I was desperate today. Got a works bagel. One again, barely any cream cheese. No consistency.

Had to be the worst managed Tim Hortons anywhere.... 4 people standing around doing nothing but come to the counter and tell you if you walk threw drive threw we can serve you but can't at the counter cause not enough staff.... Must need a 5th worker doing nothing before they can serve at the counter

Food and beverage are always great if they get the order right . Usually wrong 1 out of 5 visits . In the morning it takes 10 minutes to clear a 4 car line up . Been going every day for 2 years but enough is enough . I now drive past this Tim's drive a half hour into Halifax, I use a Tim's drive through there and am out in 3 minutes. Actually early for my work . Btw if an employee drops the ice scoop on the floor I think it should be cleaned rather than sticking it back in the ice and continuing

I just watched an employee pour a cold coffee and microwave it before serving it to me. I asked why, they said because it’s cold and didnt have another pot of dark roast on.

place is a mess worker was on drugs i think too. dropping timbits and still serving them
I have ordered a hot beverages. Even after waiting for a long time in a line , i did not fresh tea and it was not even hot. It taste only milk not tea.

There was an older lady there today it was I beli6her very first day . She was super nervous and I ordered a few things that were difficult to ring in. She was FANTASTIC!!! So kind as well .. my daughter burnt her mouth in french vanilla. (She was a bit excited to have one) the lady saw her crying and did not hesitate to grab a big cup of ice and got her some water!!! And even brought it out to us.. she was amazing.. so glad to see people who actually care..
I hope she sees this and has a wonderful rest of her day and week.. she was so kind and full of heart.. she for sure made our day..!!! Thank you so very much ...
We pulled into drive through at 7:26pm to order a flatbread pizza. We were told "sorry we have no food because we are closing." As we drove away I checked the hours...they close at 8. I'm pretty sure putting a premade pizza in an oven would take about 9 minutes from start to finish. Sounds like the staff just didn't want to serve anything that took effort.

Worst tim hortons experience ever! People in the afternoon shift on July 11 2024 were completely useless and couldn't even communicate with me, I left as I was ordering, I'm a so pissed off, spend 20 dollars a day there and I get treated like I'm invisible. The staff is terrible. They should never talk in a different language in front of customers about there order , and be more direct and confident about what their doing. I will not use this Tim's any longer and pull my truck Drivers from here aswell.

The only issue I have is that some staff do not understand the language in our country & they are given jobs working directly with the public too soon & it becomes confusing for both them & us. Ive experienced many mix up, some that could have been potentially dangerous because of food allergies or people with diabetes being given sugar in their coffee because of the language barrier. I have had foid orders mixed up several times , but the staff has never been rude, they are always pleasant. I think the language problem falls on the higher up staff & managers , it should be their responsibility to properly train new comers to this country in language or make the help they need more available for them to do their jobs effectively.

Monday may 20th 2024 at 6am was there for 2 lg triple triples and should have checked them before I drove away they were both Luke warm 1 had no sugar and the other was full of grinds it didn't even taste like coffee :( very sad as I was there Thursday and Friday last week and it was not much better I think you need to hire people that at least no how to MAKE A COFFEE...TEENAGERS in the morning might not be a great match for this store! I will not be going back as it's a waste of money
