Last couple months I've gone the chicken has been rock hard from sitting in the hot holding units, the wedges are not edible whatsoever for the same reason and instead of saying we don't have that or we ran out they'll serve you food that's probably been there for hours and can most definitely get you sick. I just went in the drive-through with my girlfriend and we both ordered 2 teas a medium and a small she ended up getting a large when she ordered a small and they gave me a small coffee even though it was rung in as a tea. I don't know if some people just don't care or what's going on but it used to be consistently decent and it just hasn't been lately.Also don't expect to order any soup there because they don't serve any soup at this location, very disappointed.
Most of my orders have been messed up every time I have gone there or they haven't had any food/supplies left or better yet, I would order food...have my order taken....only to have them come back and say they dont have what I ordered and couldnt refund the money because they didnt know how. (Not the workers fault; obviously ownership and management failed there)For example, tonight I try to oder a bagel at 530pm and they have only one option. Ordered a chocolate chip muffin instead (that's all they had left) and by the time I get to the window, they sold the last one over the front counter.If your going for anything more than coffee I would just drive to Middle Sackville or Windsor and save yourself the trouble!

Drive thru is sketchy as to whether you get what you actually ordered. I experience problems of some kind about half the time.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap, rocky road cookie, a hazelnut coldbrew, and a white hot chocolate. They didn't have any crispy chicken so I got slow cooked chicken. They didn't have any cold cups so my cold brew was in a hot cup. I open the drink and it doesn't have any foam. Guy at the window says they ran out (of foam??) And they charged me 4.50 for a regular cold brew. I just asked for a refund for the cold brew but if I wasn't starving at the time I would've just gotten a refund on the whole I was so frustrated. I don't want to come off as a j*** because I worked at McDonald's for 5 years I know its not easy but we would always discount if there were that many missing ingredients/items.

tonight I ordered a cilatro chicken wrap after being told they don't serve steak (then why is it on the menu)and ran out of turkey which happens every week (I suggest doubling your order for next time)then when I got home I found out I got a wrap with chicken, tomato, lettuce and some kind of sauce..the guy seemed experienced, I don't know what happened but it was enough to put a bad taste in my mouth
