This is such an awesome little coffee shop. It serves up homemade pastries. Breakfast and lunch meals. A very wide range of coffees, lattes, teas. They also support local artists with selling their items in the coffee shop. Robin is the owner and chef and baker, Elaine is her employee. Both women just salt of the earth. And a big shout out to Jenny for delivering me a sweater in my size that she sells in the coffee shop. So welcoming. We can't wait to see them again!
Just had a delicious lunch at the Front Porch. The attention to detail at this quaint Cafe is second to none. From the food to the staff to the cozy surroundings it is 100% top notch!
This is a must visit if visiting Nova Scotia. We made the detour from Antigonish to much of the dismay of hungry children and it was well worth it for everyone. There is a love and pride that exudes in this place from the unique decor to the excellent sandwiches. It was unfortunate that the Cuban was sold out, but they had a smoked meat sandwich special that was probably the best sandwich I've had from any restaurant.
