We go here a lot .Recently we have found the burgers are slapped together and look it .They need to Not reheat fries.I have decided not to order them because they are rarely fresh. The service is always wonderful and I'm a huge fan of the coffee.

We picked up food from A&W today. Only the Mama Burger Combo was good. The onion rings were well seasoned, although, it was very evident that the fry oil change was long overdue. Also, the Spicy Piri-Piri Chicken Buddy Burger Combo was very disappointing. The flavour and quality didn’t meet our expectations. Hoping it can be improved next time.

Went in for the $4.99 teen burgers at 9:05 pm on the 12th of Oct/ 25.Girls said the sale was over because they had rebooted their computers.Sign inside advertised the sale and the neon sign did as well.they called the manager and he would not honor the advertised promotion.Obviously can't think outside the box.Will be following up with head office as I have the managers name.
New review sept 1/25 came in for coffee and apple pie( best pies) I noticed it wasn’t busy and so the staff were cleaning the pace. So different from last night at Tim’s where it was not busy and they were doing nothing. Thanks to cleanliness
Had the all Canadian breakfast today and loved it took some home as there was too much to eat. Best hash brown ever. Server most friendly and it’s great to start my day with a nice flower and note on coffee lid. Thanks
Just a quick snack in morning after X-rays across the street. Staff really kind, even commenting on my earrings. Food great and very clean. One thing that I really didn’t like was cold air being blown. Personal preference. Nice that they always have nice comments on their take out cups.

Need to do better poor customer service showing attitude. Cold burger as you can seen in photos.
I can’t rate the food or service because there is no star low enough. Took over 1/2 hour to get through drive through, food was cold, burger was refried, burnt and disgustingly FULL of pepper. I’ve been a fan of A&W since the 1970’s but the one on East River Rd was taken over a couple of years ago and has turned me off of my favorite burgers.
