We went there at 6 pm for birthday party .We had an amazing experience at Boston Pizza! The service was absolutely outstanding, and the food quality was fantastic. All the employees were so friendly and welcoming – they went above and beyond to make my brother’s birthday extra special by singing a birthday song for him. A special shoutout to one of the servers (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) who provided us with exceptional service throughout our visit. Thank you, Boston Pizza, for making this celebration truly memorable!

I’d like to give 5 stars to our server Nathan. He was as positive as can be in his situation. Our drinks took 20 minutes with only a few tables dining in. Our food came before our drinks. Dirty menu and often forgotten about when asking for something.

Went for supper with my kids, the food was good but my daughter spilled her drink and the waitress didn't clean up so we had to use all our napkins. Also, didn't ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. Overall a good experience, just little nitpicks.

The floor was full of mud where they sat us. The service was extremely slow. And the food was good but mine. Was very bad. I ordered a pasta. It was so dry. I ordered more sauce for it and then they charged me for it I order the same thing every time I go to a Boston pizza. From Alberta to cape Breton. And this was the worst I have ever received ......
Just had a wonderful mother's day meal there. Our server, Ben, was the best! So kind, so accommodating and just the best experience overall! Great job Ben! Thank you!

Drove 30mins because we were really in the mood for Boston pizza… that will never happen again at this one. Was sat at a dirty table, waited 10mins and nobody came but the table of 4 that came in after us got waited on.

Haven’t been here for a long time. New to this area. Had the 15.00 lunch special. Tried the garlic fries and loved them. Also pepperoni pizza. Service was good and my server was Sharla. Nice and friendly. I’ll return for sure.

We should have known better. There was a sign at the door advertising for servers, bartenders and cooks. There was a lineup to get in with tables mostly empty. We chose to sit in the bar area. Although we were greeted quickly and got drinks quickly, we waited a long time to order our food and waited another long while to get our food.
Our cactus chips appy was super spicy hot with a 2 🌶 rating . No where did it mention that the potato chips are marinated in jalapeño juice. My ravioli entrée became very boring after a few bites. Hubby's carnivore pasta was good, a flavorful bite on every forkful. Grandson had a personal pizza that he loved. He found the pepperoni a little too hot but he kept eating which is a really good sign.
Hubby and I suffered gut rot and frequent trips to the loo to rid our bodies of the cactus chips...we might just be too old to handle that spiciness anymore...but beware!
