I stopped by the store, but the associate named Arayan was standing at the front using his phone with an AirPod in his ear. He didn’t notice me or offer to take my order, so I ended up leaving without ordering. It felt unprofessional and disappointing to see that kind of customer service.

terrible staff, walked in 1pm Oct 29, incredibly lazy front cash lady walkin around not acknowledging customers waiting to order. Saw this as a sign the food would be just as bad so I left before likely getting food poisoned. Avoid this location until they have new staff

Awful experience. I have always loved Burger King. I was craving a whopper so I had went into Burger King. I also had to use the bathroom. When I walked into the restaurant bathroom not just the aroma was disgusting, but the atmosphere was extremely disturbing.
There was feces spread on the walls and all over the toilet. I wish I was exaggerating.
I was under the impression that most restaurants policy is to check the bathroom multiple times a day to clean it/ for maintenance.
I will save you your stomach and not attach any photos. Glad to say I won’t be at this location EVER. Very disappointed in this food chain.
