I asked for a green tea and recieved a milk tea and then was asked to pay for the additional tea even tho it was their fault.

I’ve had bubble tea many times in the past so I was super excited to learn New Glasgow now has bubble tea! Unfortunately my experience left much to be desired, as my Taro milk tea was super clumpy, kind of like unmixed protein powder. I tried to politely bring it to the employee’s attention but she insisted it was normal and wouldn’t make a new one or reimburse the clumpy one. I had high hopes but I won’t be back

Love this spot, I'm in the process of trying each and every kind they offer. I try to stop in each time I'm on my way home from work.

Had a great visit with a friend. Staff are friendly and quality of drinks are great. Recommend giving it a try. Diverse menu. Very happy a bubble tea location is here. Had the classic Jasmine Green Milk Tea with pearls, no ice, 30% sweetness and coconut. I've had bubble tea in different parts of the world and this was on par. My friend agreed! Pleasant discovery!

This is by far the best chatime I have been too and I’ve been to a lot of Chatime’s. They’re drinks and pearls and so good and consistent and the staff are very nice! So excited New Glasgow finally has boba!!
