Crofters Steak & Seafood

This restaurant bunt some time ago - the remains of the building were demolished. There has been no announcement as to rebuilding or reopening.

We travelled from Truro in search of good food this place is phenomenal. Steaks are to die for. Seafood fantastic.

Don’t judge the location, because the food is great!

My husband and I hadn't been here in ages basically because of distance from our house. It was so good to be back to see our gracious hostess Leanne and enjoyed a wonderful steak dinner by Dave. We will be back sooner than later. Also left with a slice of the creamiest cheesecake. Thanks for the suggestion Leanne!

My husband and I ordered the steak, so juicy and mouthwatering. Can't wait to go back and try their other menu items.

On a trip from Cabot trail and googled restaurants in New Glasgow.Steak and scallops were delicious as well as steak and shrimp.Quality and price were excellent.Cheers from Ontario.

I'd rate our meal as a 1 out of 5 as mine was not editable.I received cold seafood chowder w strong aged "salmon" pieces but no notable sign of other seafood. My son and husband had the prime steak special that was to be med rare and was over cooked. Husband tried to finish my chowder to justify the bill but the house fly trying to dive into it turned him away as much as everything else. Very disappointed and will not be back again.

Ordered tomato garlic soup ... and pretty sure it was from a can with some garlic seasoning. And the chicken was from Sysco? The potato skins are the same as the roasted potatoes but just with some cheese on top and fake bacon, Yeah wasn’t super impressed.

Great food , service was amazing . Not enough good things to say about the great location .

perfect steak! perfect salmon and I am very fussy. Stir Fry - big enough for all day eating - Senior Sundays - affordable great eating.

I love Crofter's. This is usually our pick for any special celebrations. The steaks are always delicious and their veggies and potatoes are sooo good! Seafood medley is also delicious. We called them to see of they were open one night when it was snowing because it was our son's last night home, going back to university the next day, and they waited for us to have supper before closing. They are just the best! Leanne and Dave are wonderful! Thank you from a very happy regular diner
