It’s a good dessert spot, but nothing more really.

Their actual food options aren’t really anything to write home about, they aren’t bad but they don’t leave much of an impression.

Ordered a cake for Sunday but our family get together was changed to Saturday. Called same day and assumed i would probably have to cancel the cake and just buy an already pre-made one. They had no problem making my cake right away and having it ready for me. Always great service too when get treats with the kiddos.

Best burgers in town. Prompt service. Orders done quickly
Their frozen cake section has many varieties of cake and decorations.

Confusing drive thru and parking setup

I just got a sundae in the drive-thru and the cashier passed me the unwrapped spoon by the bowl part! Wow! Management? Aug 19th, 9:30 pm

got 2 cheeseburgers it was like $15 bucks and they were not even hot, dried out, paddies burnt yet cold,,tasted like they were made the day before hard to imagine how a cheese burger could be served so bad, never again.

I knew what I ordered. But, I wasn't sure what I was going to get.

Always stop for DQ on my journeys. I know what to expect and Canadians work at these restaurants so you get what you expect and it's cooked properly.

Perfect fast food. Great prices. A real Canadian fast food restaurant. Doesn't matter which province or town this is hands down the only fast food restaurant I will eat at any more

Got a blizzard,half mixed disappointment . mainly vanilla ice cream at bottom.and wondered why he only turned my wife's blizzard upside down.after leaving drive through find out mine was half melting.once again disappointment

I went through the drive through tonight and was treated extremely nicely by this lovely blond girl. I believe her name was Rylan. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I will definitely be coming back!!❤️🙂

Would give zero stars if possible

Made a door dash order. After the restaurant accepted my payment they marked one of the meals as unavailable. Normally a restaurant would contact the customer and tell them that the item is unavailable. Maybe even ask them if they wanted something else. Not dairy Queen. They just refunded the money for half the order (which will take me 3 to 5 business days to get) and sent the other half of the meal. . So that's cool. I'm sure the food there is delicious. But, I wouldn't know.

Maybe hire so woke who actually cares about their job and the service standard of the restaurant, or train people properly.

I had this review up in June and was asked to take it down to resolve the matter and I’ve been waiting for 5 months for DQ to make it right but they haven’t so here I am posting the review again because no action was made on their end.

The store had the dining area closed because the floor was being renovated so no dine in eating was allowed, understandable, but I arrived without a car and wanted an order to go and they said they would take my order if I stood in the drive thru. I wasn’t going to stand in a drive thru behind cars and in front of cars breathing in exhaust fumes to make an order. I was treated rudely and haven’t been back since.

Bought my twin daughters their birthday cake from here. The perfect one was already ready in the cabinet. Took it to the cashier she even offered to add writing my daughter declined super friendly staff dairy Queen as always
