Got charged for a $3.79 +tax for a large gravy when never asked for gravy in my box meal and then was told that was what I ordered even though I didn’t say that and when I was switched out for the coleslaw that is included in the box meal wasn’t going to refund me until I asked and then they gave me back only $2.30 and then the online order I was picking up for co-worker was missing a drink and condiments

Should get ZERO first I asked for half mayo on my plant based and both sides were globbing out the side of the bun. Returned it got another one 3 bites on a FREAKIN hair I ran to the bathroom and spit up then took to the girl at cash they retuned half my 2 can dine should have complained further since my husband not as picky and ate his but his fries were ice cold and the 7up was not that great either they screwed this one up all the way !! Not happy with this KFC

Spent 55$ for 2 people to eat, asked cashier for a sauce she told me no they don’t do that. Was willing to pay as I have before, waited for her to leave the counter and asked the next guy and I got my sauce.. some staff are very rude. Depends on who you get. Chicken was absolutely disgusting so slimmy wasn’t a crunchy part on the chicken, onion rings were cold and so were the fries. Dining room was pretty clean tho!

Our server in New Glasgow was very nice. Her name is Poonam. She was pleasant and helpful. 5 stars for her! Food was good. Restaurant was clean. The only issue was the back staff in the kitchen loudly swearing while talking.

Worst experience, I just ordered chicken thighs and they were soaked in old oil or maybe car oil , disgusting, my money went in the toilet...don't go there,they never change the oil.... absolutely gross ?? ??? Run by bunch of kids
