I really love mcdonalds mcdonald food but become upset when i go to pour my creamer into my iced coffee for it to plop in and be expired. This isn't the first time I have gotten expired or old food. I have received moldy buns for my burgers to the French fries that sat too long, and we're soggy as if sitting in water. I'm really disappointed with the quality of food I have been receiving.
I, alongside other people at the counter, were ignored for 10 minutes by the staff who would all make eye contact but would keep walking by, With no one focusing on the counter but only driving through. Eventually, someone was placed at the counter, and that's when myself and others were served.
The manager was very kind and receptive to my complaint about the expired creamer, I appreciated her apologies.

Tons of flies swarming the counters, very disorganized, the cashiers don't seem to know what they are doing, the last few times i ordered from here i have gotten the wrong items, stale buns and cold fries, i felt sick my last time eating here most likely do to the unsanitary conditions.

My boyfriend and I stopped at the New Glasgow McDonald’s on our way back to Cape Breton from Halifax. Needless to say we were both very disappointed with our food and overall experience. We went inside to order takeout and the first thing I noticed was a swarm of flies hanging out behind the front counter and tons of soda and coffee cups on top of the garbage bins. It was obvious they haven’t taken the time to clean their lobby in a while. The service was pretty slow as it seemed like they only had one or two cashiers tending to the front counter, but I understand it’s not their fault if they have understaffed and don’t have other coworkers to assist them.
I ordered a McDouble value meal and I didn’t receive a straw in my bag. I understand that they provide the cup to pour my own drink, but every other McDonald’s I have been to has always provided a straw in my takeout bag. The McDouble itself tasted fine, but my fries were very soggy and cold. I also ordered one of the new S’mores McFlurries, and I’m not exactly sure the proper method of making one, but all of the ingredients were just dumped on top of the ice cream instead of mixed in. I don’t regularly get McFlurries at McDonalds, but I never had one where they didn’t mix the ingredients with the ice cream. My boyfriend ordered a Big Mac, and while he asked for light lettuce, it appeared as if they added extra sauce to compensate for less lettuce. There was so much sauce on his burger that it was sliding apart and wouldn’t stay together.
We ate in the car and after finishing our meals, my boyfriend went to the outside garbage can to throw away our trash. He said that the garbage can was so full that there was tons of garbage stacked on top and around the garbage bin. They probably haven’t changed the outside garbage in at least a few days, maybe even a week.
If possible, I would recommend going to any other McDonalds, and we will not be stopping at this McDonalds anymore on our trips to Halifax or anywhere else on the mainland. The McDonalds locations in Cape Breton are much better and more cleanly than this McDonalds, and I don’t need to worry whether there are flies in my food.
Parking: Parking was not difficult to find at this location, most likely because people are going to other McDonald’s locations which are better and more cleanly.

yesterday i was going east river road mcdonald for interview as per schedule 1pm but they did not entertain me one the crew member says to me we not hire work permit person as per owner restrictions but why they waste lots of time im new to canada im directly from india they treat me like criminal as a work permit person im passionate IT engineer and excited to start my carrer here open to oppertunities in various of fields so if they no need the jobs person then dont gave him to schedule for interview total time waste
Had take out, by The time I opened up my order there were no condiments on my quarter pounder. I was too far away to go back ?

Did a order in drive threw and had to go back in store twice to get things fixed absolutely unacceptable. Both times I went in I did not get a sorry or anything. Will be contacting head office
