The staff here is amazing! They make create a very welcoming atmosphere. This is my favorite place to grab a coffee. The coffee and food is great but its the staff that keeps me coming back. Im always greeted with a warm smile and a kind word. If your order isnt quite ready, they will engage with you. Its always a busy spot and understandably so.

I have some coffee allergy that can cause serious immediate health issues (Anaphylaxis)
So when I order a drink and clearly add NO coffee, I expect that to be honored
When I go back in and ask who has a hearing issue in a firm way, one guy pretty jumps into my personal space with a bad breath.
Yes, I am annoyed, but when they do not give me a chance to explain the seriousness and they downplay it, it is questionable if they are listening. I suffer from an extreme case that can threaten my life.
No, I would not go back to this Starbucks.
And to the guy in my private space. Don’t do that. Next time your glasses end up as bike frame for your walking rack.
Some education for the Starbucks employees so they understand the seriousness of it.

I only recently started going to this local Starbucks. Although I got my order to go,I did take note of the interior, very tastfully done. On to the staff, I don't know whose in charge of the hiring but whoever it is, knows what they are doing. The staff is amazing. ALL of them. I always get 2 chai tea lattes, and I come out satisfied every single time. So thank you starbucks team on a job well done. Very satisfied customer.
