Found the
staff to be kinda rude. For being in the customer service industry. All I can say is go to a different subway.
Came at 10pm july 24th. Asked for extra lettuce, and they told me that was all they could give me. This is the only Subway to have said this to me. The bathroom looked very unhygienic, flooded toilet, and no toilet paper or paper towel. Looked to not be maintained. Stay away from this location, I know I will. The two male workers seemed to not want to be working there, and were awfully unpleasant to deal with.

My wife and I stopped in here the other day for a few sandwiches for the road trip. We both got food poisoning. We both ate ham, mozzarella, lettuce, and onion - No other toppings were identical for both of our sandwiches. Recommend steering clear of this location, contaminated food.

Prices have gone up. The rice bowls are delicious but it's like $18 when you get it. Almost doesn't seem worth it. They made great sandwiches, they're always accurate!

Worst subway I've ever been to. My wife and I shared a footlong and they charged us for 2 six inches because they were "separate" subs. Ridiculous!!! Very little selection of subs. They didn't have the first 2 types we tried ordering. Drinks selections are water and pop. Do not recommend this place, will not be back to this location. Oh and bathrooms are disgusting as well. Avoid both locations in new Glasgow, they are under the same ownership and are one in the same. I've never seen the likes.

A lukewarm, soupy mess of DAYS old veggies and questionable "meat like" products.Staff attempted to over charge me for a "Steak and Bacon" when I ordered a "Teriyaki Crunch" simple mistake I guess...names are practically identical and chicken and beef is near impossible to tell apart.Salad line was warm and wilted, prepped and refrigerated days before. The chicken had a very odd texture and when I squeezed it water poured out??? Yer pretty much asking for food poisoning by eating here. No restuarant this broke is following safety rules. And grand total for the scraps of food I recieved...$15.30, I could have bought an entire cooked chicken for that.Used to be ok a few years ago before they decided that Canadians were to expensive.

FLAWLESS MAN SO GOOD !
I have had two experiences at this location (677 East River Road) that I cannot fathom how its still open with bad service or not with employees with better practices'.I went there in the last 3 months ordered a grilled chicken salad and a sub for another person. I asked for double meat on mine then they charged me for both! I had my receipt in hand, thank goodness, was able to get a refund and notified the manager/owner through subway surveys and emails. I have not heard anything since.I was there on July 1st, 2023 got a sub and salad and everything looked fine until I got home. Less veggies than what I expected, especially asking for more of lettuce and spinach. I found what was the real shop stopper: a green soup spoon NOT in a plastic wrapper, basically man handled by who knows how many other people (even with gloves on from food prep). I am no expert but isn't that a food or health violation/concern?I tried giving this location another chance, even though the owner ignored me but I feel its time to let this location sink.It baffles me that the Subway location on the corner of Lawrence Blvd. and MacGregor Ave. is owned/run by the same person! I rather drive 5 to 10 minutes further away to get great service than something close and risk not feeling valued as a customer or at least not get sick from being there.
