Mother's Day brunch with my son and grandkids. Everybody's food was great. I had cod fishcakes eggs benny and hashbrowns. Really good and actual genuine cod. Definitely a return visit in order.The only MINOR downside was it was extremely busy, ( but service was quick, considering) and very noisy, many large families brunching on Mother's Day. I want to try the burger they had up on the board with a side of my #1 favorite Spinach & Beet Salad...

Got seated right away, only a couple other tables were full. Server came over quick with drinks and gave us a minute to decide. She came back when she said she would and took our order—burger and chicken waffle sandwich with fries. I got poutine.

The burger and chicken were both good. Fries were fine. Gravy on the poutine didn’t taste great, and the waffle was dry. Other than that, everything came out fast and the staff were friendly.

Had an amazing experience at Appleseed Modern Diner! We tried the pulled pork sandwich and veggie burger, both packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The cauliflower bites were crispy and delicious, and the sweet potato fries were just the right amount of crisp and sweetness. Paired everything with a great cup of coffee—honestly, every item was fabulous.

The service was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Definitely...
