If it weren't for convenience I wouldn't go there. The quality of food and coffee has gone wayyyyyy down. And the number of times they mess up the orders is baffling.

The staff here are extremely friendly.
I went in one night for a quick coffee and I waited a few minutes.
No big deal.
However, the woman at the counter was very apologetic for making me wait and offered a free donut.
I wouldn't take it as, I didn't feel like I waited all that long and didn't really deserve it.
It was very sweet of her to care though, you don't really see that extra care in customer service anymore.
I will continue to give them my business, because of this pleasant interaction.

The staff here a laughably slow. Get your order wrong, ignore the front counter and are rude. Don't go here if you can avoid it. There is another location 5 minutes away. I took 20 minutes to get 3 coffees and I was the only person in line.

Only two tables were occupied at the time of our visit, the rest were dirty. There were no napkins and it took fifteen minutes for two drinks, a donut, and a bagel. At least when the items came the kids said they tasted good.
My favorite tims by far! Best and friendly service and they always get my order right the first time! Highly recommended!!! :)

Muffins, French vanilla and coffee, good as always. Unfortunately, dialing into WiFi was not possible.Update from last week! Everything was very dirty, windows, tables, floor and also the equipment behind the counter. Training is absolutely necessary here!!!
