I tried reading while I ate my breakfast, but the constant loud speaking of the employees behind the counter made it impossible to focus. I felt like I was sitting at a table in a large cafeteria. This Tim Hortons is a well laid out restaurant, but the constant loud voices makes the dine-in experience very unpleasant.

Slower then dialup internet from the 90's. It was never like this in the past. Not sure what is going on at this location now.

Make it part of my daily routine to go to Tim's for a coffee and a bagel.

Stopped in for a donut and a drink as a break from shopping, staff were rude and barely spoke. went downstairs with our food, downstairs was dirty and messy, barely a clean table to sit at. When we opened our food, we had been given the wrong donuts so when to get them changed and the staff were so rude, and i had to explain 3 times that i ordered a different donut and was given the wrong one, she grabbed the bag out of my hand threw it down on the counter and got a different one and shoved the bag back at me. Then when i tried the drink it was not good, it was so bitter and almost tasted like the coffee was burnt. Was so gutted.
