This location has an espresso machine. That makes this location one of the best in the county, out of many locations. You know you’re getting coffee that is at the very least freshly made. Great atmosphere inside the restaurant, making it one of the only Tim Hortons that would be suitable for a coffee date.

Today I went through the drive through, the Indian lady is very rude poor customer service! She just hand over me the order without saying anything!closed the window door and wait for my other order. When I asked her If I could talk to the manager, she said she’s off! Any manager on floor? The other Indian lady came, I said oh my all Indians! I just drove my car and leave

While there last night we noticed a young man cleaning the store. He was doing such a great job I asked his name. It was Ryan . Sometimes you see staff standing around doing nothing, and there is always something to do. I appreciate that he was trained to clean well. If not by store then at home.

Today I went through the drive through and ordered 2 ice Capps and a bagel. The man said he couldn’t hear me so I spoke up and got a rude reply he said that’s a little too loud now in a very sassy tone I asked for a plain bagel which they didn’t have so I replied that’s okay thank you and he said do you want it or not rudely again. Very rude horrible customer service. Left and went to the Trenton location the woman was very lovely and service was excellent.

Ordered a crispy chicken lime wrap got a horrible wrap that wasn’t even the right one then the worker proceeded tell me that’s what I ordered. After making another wrap she put jalapeños in it when that was not even in the wrap horrible service and no one understands what I was saying
