It seems to always be a struggle to get my order right. Whether its food or drinks. Have to repeat myself several times. The staff are so short, sont give an opportunity to talk and place order, they cut you off mid sentence and get it all wrong. They don't take a moment to display customer service, cause it seems like they're in a race or something. Robin's is the place i go to now. Excellent service! Coffee is always perfect! And the staff are so nice, polite and courteous! I've never tipped so much at a drive thru for coffee!

Genuinely the worst service I have received in any Tim Horton’s restaurant ever. Ordered a cream cheese bagel and was given a bagel with maybe a teaspoon of cream cheese on one side and none on the other. When I saw this I went in to ask about it, since every other restaurant in this chain has always given me what I perceive to be a normal amount, and was treated extremely rudely by a young south asian lady who told me that was how they do it, and if I wanted it redone she would make it exactly the same. I asked if this was some sort of new policy and she said yes but would not elaborate. I walked away, but came back and then finally was able to speak to an older woman with glasses who was also extremely rude and told me I’d have to pay extra if I want anymore cream cheese, but then finally agreed to make one and gave me a half-ass bagel. The rudest and most passive aggressive staff I’ve ever met in my life beside the young lady with pink hair who took my order. Picture attached is my remade bagel.

“I visited this Tim Hortons recently and was treated disrespectfully by an older lady who acted as if she couldn’t understand me, even though I was speaking English clearly. I never face this issue with my colleagues and friends who are native English speakers so this felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Disappointed with the service and nobody should be racially profiled.

Service was not good I visited this location on 25 July in the morning at 6:55 am I waited for 15 minutes then I ask to the supervisor name GURLEEN That can someone take my order she was rudely said there should be someone . And there were 7 people on the floor there was no line line up on the counter still I wait for 15 minutes. And I ordered the medium orange pekoe tea and they gave me steep tea . So service was not good .
How hard is it ? Seriously. First time back to this store after a month from messing up my orders. LARGE TEA, 2 CREAM How do you mess that up ? Well you did again, MILK AND SURGAR

Got order wrong and gave us attitude at the window after we corrected to an iced capp. (edit) also timbits had a taste of meat on them so they don't care about cross contamination

Dropped by here on our way to Cape Breton for a washroom break. I mean what can I say? The washrooms were kept clean.
Then we grabbed some breakfast & donuts from Tim's for the road trip up north.
