I ordered “The Ranch Hand” and it was delicious! First off, the service was excellent! The owner took my order and said it would be five minutes or less wait time, his staff over delivered! By no time, I was out the door and in my truck to devour the hot chicken filled waffle goodness! Fresh tomato, creamy aioli, and crispy spinach. A first time customer and definitely will not be a last! Thank you!

Came here for the first time today service and food were top notch. We had the B.E.A.S.T. and the ranch hand. Both were amazing. Plus cheaper than subway (which is not good food) but a steal

Loved our experience and food at Waffle Bus Stop Inc. Great sandwiches and friendly service. The owner (?) was there to explain the menu and did a good job telling us about all the options. Highly recommended.

We ordered a Steak and Cheese waffle to go! The Steak was not slow cooked it was burned, overcooked and very dry. There were no sweet onions and banana peppers. Please check the pictures they say everything. Unfortunately it was to go and I haven't checked before I left as I trusted them with a good quality food. It seams I got left over just quickly re-heated. It was for sure not fresh and a good quality meat! It was NOT edible.

Was at the Waffle bus today with friends. We all enjoyed our Orders, tasty, good prices and filling. The people are friendly and everything is fresh made. Be patient as they can get busy, but again, made fresh.

Stopped in Sunday morning just after opening and staff were swamped. The place was packed and the door dash guys were coming and going at a fast pace. service was excellent the girl kept apologizing but l kept saying there was no need to apologize as busy is good ..food was excellent, fresh and hot we left full and completely satisfied and they even packed a sandwich to go for compensation …This continues to be one of our fave places to eat brunch.. you need to give this hidden gem a try..

Love the relaxed friendly atmosphere here. The staff is friendly and knowledgable about their products and ingredients which is very helpful if you have allergies like me . The food is made fairly quickly and tastes amazing. Who knew they were that many ways to eat a waffle!!! If you’ve never been before, the staff takes time to explain things to you. It’s definitely a place you need to try.

I come here every time I'm in New Glasgow, it's always a great food experience. I've rated the service low, not because the service is bad but every time I come here on a Sunday they seem criminally understaffed. Loads of orders coming in which I love to see, but only two people working with a bunch of phone/door dash orders coming in amidst a line up. Most recently when I went we got there at 10:05, and there were already a huge stack of orders ahead of us and the two incredible staff members that were working seemed completely overrun. Took a really long time to get our order taken and our food. Not the fault of the staff working, they did an amazing job with the huge crush of people they had to manage
