Just picked two burgers and a fry, I was very specific no onions on one burger, Got both burger with onions and fries that obviously had been sitting in the tray for awhile as they were cold and tasteless . Will Never go back there again

The place itself was always clean during my visits and I always got my food at a relatively quick time.

The employees can't understand what no cheese means. Guaranteed if you like burgers without cheese it doesn't matter what you ordered. You will get cheese on your burger at least half the time. Been an issue for a long time but now I'm just fed up and done with wendys. Which really sucks cause I do enjoy a double baconator with no cheese but guess that's not an option anymore.
