I had an unfortunate experience with Wendy’s New Glasgow recently. My order was incorrect, so I went back to have it remade. When I explained the issue, one of the staff members argued with me about what I should have ordered instead. It felt unprofessional and was honestly frustrating. I’ve worked at nearly every fast food restaurant myself, and I know customer service is key—arguing with a customer should never be part of the job. I hope the staff can receive better training to handle similar situations more respectfully in the future.

Messed up my order. Multiple times. But it's the only Wendy's. They're rude. The management is rude, too when we tried to address issues. Not sure if it's more incompetence or unwillingness, but they sure do excel in both.

This is the fastest fast food restaurant in New Glasgow. The friendly staff work hard and I have never waited more than 3 minutes for my food when ordering inside. The majority of fast food places seem to prioritize drive through, but this Wendy's has an excellent balance between their drive through and their front counter. I also really like the soft drink machine and that I can choose different flavors to add to my Coke haha My one complaint is the decor is fairly sterile and its always cold in there, so only 3 stars for atmosphere. I prefer ordering inside rather than the drive through, but I would rather eat in my car afterwards than sit inside.

Rip off I order a Dave's meal with a large lemonade keep in mind it's not the staff's fault it's the establishments fault head office whoever. The little girl fills up a cop half full then she proceeds to put three large scoops of ice in the cup bringing the liquid to the top making it look like it was full of lemonade. A total rip-off next time ask for no ice and to fill it to the top with lemonade what you pay for once again it's not the staff's fault it's the establishment who makes the rules.

Tonight I had the bacon poutine and will NEVER get it again. The curds are put on frozen and no amount of gravy will change that. I took all curds out as not to make rest cold. They could have microwaved it a little. But it’s their policy so I will not get again. The only highlight was a young man named Kyle who served me. He was very kind.
Have recently moved here and love the chance to come here. Had French toast with chicken strips , loved it . Staff so friendly and service oriented that is not seen a lot. Love the frostcinno also.!
7.49 for 3 half chicken fingers!! Robbery! No napkin either... Do better!

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Food was mediocre, as for service, ot was a mobile order that I picked up in store and it was ready on the counter when I arrived so I did not directly speak to anyone

The place is always busy but atmosphere is good. Staff is always very friendly and food is good quality and tasty.
Parking: They share the parking lot all around the building with Tim Hortons. You will always find a spot.
