Went thru the drive thru, didn't realize til we got home that my order was wrong. Now I have a screaming 6yr old demanding french fries that they forgot :(

Just ordering a coffee takes 10 mins at least. Any good is about 20 mins. Don’t have a clue what the drive through people are saying half the time.

The worst run McDonald’s in Nova Scotia , this place is far more likely to get your order wrong than right. I haven’t got anything from here since July and I was going here a few times a month for 10 plus years and I will never be back. Absolute disgraceful. It’s clear this place doesn’t give a hoot about their customers. I don’t think they could set the bar any lower there if they tried. One word , pathetic

2 months ago the staff was all familiar... now the entire staff is changed and there's new management. I can't say without it sounding inappropriate but the staff is suddenly all Asian decent... 2 months ago it was mixed. I think new management took over and axed the staff for their own...is this not illegal business practice?
If someone has more insight let me know. I checked the permit, it's new as of 2 months ago... so something along these lines happened.

Always someone who can't understand you at the drive thru

Orders usually wrong, but most times it's in my favor and I end up with more food for cheaper but the wrong food
