I'm complaining because I bought a sub td and the bread was so soggy I literally couldn't eat the bottom half of it, was so sad, idk like did you guys drench it into water... every other time it's fine..

Got 2 chicken footlongs, Horribly bad smelly chicken and when the guy took it out to put it on the sub, it was watery. Literally dropping out of chicken, too bad of a smell and had to throw out both the footlongs because it was toooo bad of a smell to even bring it near mouth. Someone at subway Seriously needs to close this location or get rid of cheap management. Really bad experience and the staff didnt knew much about making a sub efficiently, instead of putting the cheese on the chicken he toasted it on the bread which stuck to the bread and had an awful taste. Wont ever come again.

I hate complaining in reviews but the young lady working at this location today was so mean and rude. I get we all have bad days but when you work in customer service you shouldn't take it out on your customers. Slamming things around and getting mad I didn't want my sub toasted. I've never experienced anything like this at a Subway before. The other woman and young man were very nice though. Next time keep the attitude in the back room.

I always order online here and my subs are made perfectly. Best subway in Cape Breton hands down! The staff and management is incredibly friendly and it’s a great feeling to come into a fast food store and be greeted as this is rare now a days. Thanks subway North Sydney for being the best

I love their foot long meatball. But they will have to do better on breakfast. Sausage and egg a roll. What would be lovely is an actual breakfast roll. Bacon, egg, sausage and mushrooms in a roll would be fantastic. It's a common breakfast in the uk and ireland.
Friendly staff, clean inside, if i'm honest it's kinda funny seeing the outside of the building with this strongly colored logo and this oceanside building that looks ready to fall apart.
