Used to stop here passing through to Halifax often but have not been that way for a long time. Stopped here recently and couldnt believe it. Has to be the worst Tims I have ever been to or seen. Outside, filthy. Soffit falling apart, the building is literally coming apart on the outside. I waited forever in the drivethrough and when I got to the window I just sat there while staff argued in a foreign language. I saw the filth of it inside I just drove away. Garbage on the floor and complete chaos. No way I would pay to eat at this pig pen. Hope I didnt screw up everyone elses orders behind me.

I paid 11.33 dollars for wrap and coffee. The quantity in wrap is not worth what i paid for and lettuce is also not fresh

Stop at this Tim Hortons every time we travel from NS to NB its easy to get to and you don’t have to waste time in traffic.Oct 17 th was definitely our last time visiting this place. The last few times we were there we noticed a decline in cleanliness. This day was the worst, bathroom was disgustingly dirty. My husband was in line to get coffee and a snack for us when I emerged from the bathroom ( that I would not use) he was out of the line. There were flies over the donuts and all over the lighted menu. Along with it being disgusting I think it’s a health hazard .

I would love for just once to get what I ordered. Every time my order is made wrong.

I go here often because it is the only place to get breakfast in a hurry. I do not eat egg, so I order a lunch blt on a bagel. A lunch blt is supposed to have 6 pieces of bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayo. Every single time I need to go in and get my order corrected... Not sure why it is so hard to make a blt but it's ridiculous..
Do better...

We stop there for a quick lunch... where do I start with? We ordered , the employee was not smiling, we waited 15 minutes to get our lunch. I had time to look around: dirt everywhere. The washroom was awful, the floor in the kitchen dirty so were the counters. Poor employees, they were rushing... The restaurant is too small.

I would give a zero if I could. GO TO DRIVE THU. If you go inside to order they take FOREVER. they only focus on drive thru. 4 workers waiting on drive thru and one at the counter serving inside. Not the first time!

Worst and slowest service ever. They closed the cashier on my face and I had to get in the line again
Slow, cramped, and useless Tims. Can confidently say that it's the worst Tims I've ever been to. Half of the drinks aren't available and the staff are working as slow as a snail runs a marathon. Please do something about it.

OK, so if you zoom in on google maps satellite view, you can see the line-up of cars around this Timmies is super long. Well, it's actually worse when you go inside.
Today, as we headed up to New Brunswick to watch my son's football team get slaughtered (again), my wife decided that all the work I did on the highway to pass cars was unimportant, so we had to stop and go to the bathroom. She decided to send our youngest into the Tims to grab coffees and snack while she was in the bathroom, because, hey, how long can it take, right?
Yeah. Longer than that. A LOT longer than that.
28 minutes. As I sat in the truck pondering the 28 minutes worth of cars that were getting ahead of me, the staff to 28 minutes to serve a donut, a toasted bagel, 2 coffees and an iced coffee.
The frozen lemonade machine was broken, and apparently has been for months. The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired and my wife indicated that one of the stalls was broken as they'd latched that stall door from the inside.
So.
I've decided I'll never risk my time on this location. Ever. Again.
If you've got 28 minutes to spare for a simple order, and want crappy broken dirty bathrooms, then I guess you could go for it, but I will recommend against that.
