We had a superb time with Bill and his lovely family. They were so knowledgeable about the history of the region and the maple production in the area. The food was excellent as well, once you try their bbq sauce in the pulled pork, you won’t be able to resist grabbing a bottle on the way out. Definitely take the time to chat with Bill and maybe you’ll even get to see the ducks in his farm if you’re lucky!
I loved it here. The food was good and the people were warm and inviting. The blueberry pancakes were amazing, the sausage was excellent. I thought the brown bread french toast was amazing. I ate until I couldn't fit another bite. If you are thinking about coming here you absolutely should.
We got to take a sneak peak behind the maple making process and he showed us great hospitality with his little tour of the farm and products they make.
The maple syrup was also a star, once you taste true family produced syrup like the ones at Davison’s, you will understand what you are missing out on. Bought back 8 bottles and wanted to buy more but was limited my small suitcase.
