Service was fantastic very polite. However table area food all over the floors and restrooms were extremely filth with urine. Did not dare order food.

Great service loose a lot of points for bathroom door that doesn't lock I walked in on the guy in the bathroom and then somebody else walked in on me I told the other guy would be careful, the door doesn't lock and the door so far away you can't hold it shut somebody should fix that looks like it's been like that for a while it's ridiculous

As a resident of beautiful Parrsboro Nova Scotia, It is very upsetting to have the same male employee working almost daily, very loudly complaining about management, being disrespectful to customers and fellow staff, cussing and carrying on as if their guests cannot hear them. This employee knows full well what he is doing and trying to recruit the younger employees to follow along or they to fear being treated like garbage is something that needs to be address. Tourist season is among us and as someone who works in customer service in town, I couldn't imagine having that be the face of Parrsboro and what we want our visitors to remember about us.

Went in for a cup of tea.. it was lukewarm at best . Can't even nail that one criteria. Tims has turned to garbage everywhere.

Huge shout out to Collin at Parrsboro Tim Hortons!!. He was extremely busy when I went in to place my order on evening of Oct 10th. There were a number of people ahead of me that ordered sandwiches. He acknowledged me immediately and apologized for the wait. He really hustled to make sure we all got our orders. He certainly could have used another staff member but despite that he was efficient and friendly.

Went Tim's in Parrsboro. Staff was totally incompetent. Left as they totally ignored my wife. Stopped at TH in Masstown. Totally different.

This Tim Hortons seems poorly managed. Employees are stressed and disorganized. There is always a product missing. One morning, there were only two kinds of bagels left. Another morning there were no more potato wedges or sausages. The wait is long, you have to be very patient.
