Me and my friends had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Stephanie went above and beyond with her service, even though she was the only server managing multiple tables. The food was great, and the prices were fair for the quality we received. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Where to begin…
Went for lunch with out of province guests, expecting a quality, waterfront meal.
Boy… did we pick the wrong place.
Two guests have celiac disease, requiring guaranteed gluten free meals. The server seemed annoyed when asked about certain foods being gluten free.
Burger had sharp objects in it. Broke my tooth. Told the server, who again was annoyed.
One gluten free guest did not get her meal with
Everyone else. Once it was served, it appeared (and tasted) different from the other celiac guests food. We again questioned the server about gluten free. We believe the food, because it was late, was then rushed and deep fried, not in a dedicated fryer.
The server, rather than apologize, became argumentative.
She then got the owner who, although he covered those two meals, was also argumentative. He even went so far as to tell me the fries are crispy which is what I broke my
Tooth on. I showed the server, the hard, bone like objects in my burger (not fries).
Mozza sticks are gross as well.
Would 1000% not recommend. Go anywhere else. Anywhere.

A1 served the best take out pizza and garlic fingers. For a large pizza and garlic fingers, plus a small gluten free pizza and small gluten free garlic fingers it cost about $100 and fed 5 of us. Apparently they had daily specials that we didn't know about, so maybe that number would have been lower if they had told us about the specials when we called in the order. They deliver to campsites and offer debit at the door, even to the campground!

Waterview Restaurant is a Pictou institution, if you’re in the area you really have to visit! His fish and chips are excellent and his pizza is superb! And he has the best desserts! Great portions and reasonable prices with friendly service. The new patio is a great place to unwind. We’ve eaten here a few times and we’ve never been disappointed.

The food was terrible! I ordered shrimp Alfredo, $16.99. First of all the shrimp were very small and very few. The Alfredo was a small clump of pasta and sauce. The garlic bread, 1 piece was a piece of white bread toasted! What a joke. I wouldn't pay $6.99,never mind the $16.99 that I did. What a huge disappointment and not worth it! It was extremely busy due to an event going on next door, and only 2 waitresses. Very poorly run. Even the chief was coming out delivering dishes. Very short staffed. The fries that came with our other order were not fresh, but seasoned and from a bag!
