Yesterday we were at the Marina bar. The service was good. The waiter was friendly and served quickly, but the food did not impress. It's not that it was not tasty, but everything was somehow very simple. The food was served like in a fast food establishment: it did not cause much appetite. The toilet, I think, needs repair and some furniture - restoration. Five stars for the service. For the food, sorry, but three.
Our first dinning experience in Nova Scotia. Delicious Haddock burger cook to perfection and well seasoned. My wife had the Lobster roll which she very much enjoyed as well. We had potato salad as our side which was very tasteful. Good service, nice views, relaxing environment 😎.
The scallops are amazing and so is the battered fish, the firecracker shrimp would be better with the sauce on the side because it made the batter soggy. We waited a long time to be waited on and two tables of the same size had that had arrived before us were served before us and it took over an hour to get our food. The waitress was not very nice especially considering all of the issues we had. But the indoor patio area in the back was beautiful.
