Had a really nice meal here last week. The beer bacon and Gouda dip from the appetizers list was great, My date lived the hot honey chicken sandwich, and the tap list was really nice!
We enjoyed decent company and a good meal by the waterfront in Pictou here in the Nook and Cranny. Despite the name, the restaurant is spacious enough for about 10 tables on its main first floor. We happened to visit when they had a live band playing.
We tried the Cranberry Coconut Chicken, as well as their BBQ Bacon Burger and Mac & Cheese. The creativity was interesting on the moist flavorful chicken dish filled with feta cheese although I couldn’t taste...

We just pulled into Pictou...and headed out for a nice "bottle" of wine and fine dining. We headed over to Marinas...but unfortunately they didnt sell bottles of wine...(only by the glass or half liter) nor did they have entres other than fish. But no worries...we decided to head over to "Nook & Cranny" instead.
We just settled into our perfect water view patio spot....and low and behold the owner of Marinas drove by in his truck to question...
