Stopped in today for breakfast . Was -6 outside and colder inside . The heat was broken. Feel sorry for employees working in that cold environment. You think the owners would get heat fixed right away . Even their juice machine froze up. Thanks to the employees for great service and food .

Stopped here at 10pm while on a road trip. Honestly the best tasting a&w I've ever had. Burger was delicious and fries were cooked perfectly. The person who served us was very attentive and helpful. Even asked if we wanted a to go cup for our unfinished drinks!

I know it's not the most exciting review. I travel a lot for work, and as a vegetarian, I'm always visiting A&W for the Beyond Burger. Maybe it was because I was extra hungry today, or maybe this kitchen staff just cares more, but this was one of the best Beyond Burgers I've had from A&W. And having eaten at approximately 30 locations, yes, I consider myself an expert. Also the staff is super friendly here. Stop in on your travels from Sydney to Halifax!

We stopped here on our way to Halifax airport! What a disappointment!!! There was no AC, no fans on. The bathrooms smelled awful! The floors were grimey! The worst was that employees had to work in these deplorable conditions!!!! We couldn’t even sit down to eat because it was so hot and humid! Is it true the AC hasn’t been fixed in six years?!! Unexceptable!!! The owners should do something about this and as a Franchise A & W should know about this!!! Will never stop here again!!!!!!

Not open for breakfast! Hours listed are a LIE they are not open those hours at all! The specialty drinks machine ALWAYS broken and have been since they were installed! Rude Staff! Rude management! The really should CLOSE, and let someone else move into the location that will be open for breakfast and treat people right!

A/c was out, had ineffective portable units and a couple fans running. Food took forever because they ran out of cooked bacon. Floors were either very dirty or wet and slippery (at least closed worst part off).
