Ordered a cake online was supposed to be a 10 inch round, recieved a sheet cake with a uncharged of 10 dollars. Of course I just took it because it was for a party. Ordered food to go with it as well and wasn't given everything in one of the meals. Store was not even busy.

This place has to the worst drive thru service ever! Always a 20 minute or more wait to make ice cream with one car in the parking lot!!!! There is zero reason it should take so long, it’s not a staffing issue we I’ve seen multiple people inside!

Very limited offerings at this location compared to other places (further west). Staff was polite, as they said "we don't have...."

stood waiting to order for 10 minutes and not even acknowledged by the 2 staff that were nearby. We left and went elsewhere, won't be back to this location again.

I enjoy Dairy Queen a lot, though the consistency is not very good here. On my recent trip with my wife, we had chicken burgers and fries with blizzards. Unfortunately, our fries tasted like they were sitting around a lot longer than they should, and the chicken burger wasn't as tasty. My best bet was that it was sitting in the warmer longer than it should have. It wasn't busy, and there was garbage and food on the floor in the kitchen and cash area. There were 3 people, 1 running the drive thru, 1 doing cash, and the other in the kitchen. I couldn't understand why housekeeping wasn't a MAIN priority since we were the only people in the restaurant. Housekeeping is everyone's duty, especially when it makes the brand look trashy. I don't think i will be back. Will look for another location.

Super friendly staff! The food wasn’t great but the price was ok

I must say the service at Diary Queen in Port Hawkesbury is most definitely NOT like it used to be. I ordered lunch yesterday, and I misunderstood what the person asked. I wanted fries as well as onion rings. She said in a put out kinda way well You'll have to pay for the fries, and I said no problem. I was not rude or anything. So I waited and waited and waited. Finally another car ordered and they came to the window. I asked for my fries that cost 4.00 and it was small and it wasn't even full. The person almost threw the fries at me and said, "Have a good day. No, sorry for your wait. Nothing sad

The food is always good, but this Dairy Queen is SO SLOW. I’ve never once gone there and not waited a ridiculous amount of time. They need to hire more
