Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered a double cheese burger today on my way threw town...one layer of cheese was actually cheese whiz and the other layer was shredded cheddar cheese. And also the burger patty was noticeably thinner then other locations I've been too they almost looked like sunrise burgers. I honestly couldn't believe it

Came in for lunch around 12:45 on a Sunday, There was a lady at the till waiting for what was a cake, finally I go up and order our lunch and she only hears half of it so I repeated it. We go sit and wait and there was a large crowd that came in after we did, we got our lunch and mine was very luke warm and my husband's was hot like it's supposed to be. We ordered shakes and finally got them when we're almost finished our food. The staff never show how they enjoy working here, it is always what do you want.

Ordering a frozen treat to getting it is reasonably quick. Ordering from the grill is about 5min wait. A small Blizzard is $7.50. As a professional adult, a small is almost too much ice cream. The idea of a large Blizzard is, by contrast, hilarious.

Place has huge windows, a hallmark of and DQ. Lots of lighting too.

Delicious ice cream! A great treat after a hard days work, on a hot day.

This is one of the worst DQ I’ve ever been at. Service was terrible. And the tampered with my food. I was there 15 minutes before they close I know how it is so I drove away but the girl stopped me and said no it’s fine we can get the food still. We waited for over half hour for two burgers. We open the burger and it was full of grease that was from the bottom for the grease trap it was so stinky and gross I puked insanely. I called to see who was working the next day and they wouldn’t give me any information or owners name to talk to. I asked to speak to a manager who was extremely rude to me. And she wouldn’t help me at all. Down right unprofessional. I will find out an owner name. To report this manger..

Ice cream is always good but the staff are unpleasant and don’t use gloves. Let food stay out for a while and get cold.
