Ordered a tea and coffee and 5 order after me got there before I got mine and I had to ask where mine order was I'd told him 3 to 4 time what my order was and when we got it the coffee didn't have any Splenda omg it just a tea and coffee 🙃

Got a breakfast sandwich and he asked me if I wanted egg on it. Ive never been asked that and I told him yes and he didn’t put egg on my sandwich. So I had a breakfast sandwich with bacon and cheese nothing else

i ordered two ice capps and two everything bagels, i then watched three people who ordered after me receive there orders and leave. ( one person received a pizza they ordered after me before i received my bagel and i know from experience that should not happen hence the fact that pizza takes longer to make.) i waited 20 minutes to finally receive my order and did not even get an apology for the wait!

Although I really enjoy going to this Tim Hortons, I do find I get the poorest service when I do the option of mobile ordering. Yesterday, I went there for a mobile order - and half of my order was incomplete; I had to remind them of the items that were missing. Plus, I had ordered a basic chicken wrap - and they had messed up my order (turning it into a cilantro lime chicken wrap instead). I can understand that mobile orders may be a rare occurrence for this specific Tim Hortons, but I do ask for the service to be an improvement.
