The staff service is amazing...The coffee itself is pretty decent and a variety of choices. Their donuts and cookies were absolutely delicious! I was particularly impressed with the food quality and service. I am grateful for such a wonderful experience.
Although I really enjoy going to this Tim Hortons, I do find I get the poorest service when I do the option of mobile ordering. Yesterday, I went there for a mobile order - and half of my order was incomplete; I had to remind them of the items that were missing. Plus, I had ordered a basic chicken wrap - and they had messed up my order (turning it into a cilantro lime chicken wrap instead). I can understand that mobile orders may be a rare occurrence for this specific Tim Hortons,...
