The coffee was okay but the behaviour of the staff are very unwelcoming and disgusting. They even didn’t say hi and there was no one in the cashier side. When we took the coffee and said thank you they didn’t even look at us and said welcome or no problem. Very unpleasant experience! Please hire professional and happy going staff!

I highly suggest driving right by this tim hortons and heading to the larger one down the road. The workers are way friendlier at that one and they always have food! I've been to this tims a few times and the women make it seem as though it's a chore to make drinks and food. Each time I have went here for food, I have been told that food is not available because everything is being cleaned. Everything being clean is great but why can't I get food for the 5 hours before the place closes?! Seriously, go anywhere else!

Drive Thru, one of the few times I got my order right. Wanted a Steeped tea and actually got one, usually end up with a coffee...I am always afraid of taking something back as I have seen what some people can do to another's food if someone complains and it's not right.

The Indians that work here are rude with no customer service skills. Stark contrast to regular local folks who work/worked there. Wont be going there anymore.

At 5:30 pm (supper time) when headed to work for a back shift, I often order a sandwich meal and they are regularly out of potato wedges. I can understand if it was at 10 pm or something, but 5:30pm is suppertime and this should be available. But at suppertime they should be fully prepared for meal orders!!! Very discouraged about ordering anything from Port Hawkesbury Tim Hortons! :( Do not offer something you cannot provide!!!

terrible service, wrong product, then when asked to fix the mistake, we are given a hard time and still not given the proper items.
Lauwe producten ipv warm/heet. Sanitair was jn geen dagen gereinigd. Dit was niet zoals we het gewend waren
