We come to Nelly’s every July from Ontario and we are sad to be so far away the rest of the year. Gord is an amazing owner, his staff and chef are also fabulous. We love the food and especially the entertainment from Thurs to Sun in the summer which includes our go to and friend, Barry Patriquin, thank you everyone and see you next year

Literally haven't even finished my burger as I'm writing this review. It's as good as any chip stand burger could be 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 absolutely worth the stop!!

Stopped by for lunch . Had the fish and chips. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. The only detractor to a perfect score was that the staff was a bit disorganized. Kind of a left hand right hand thing. They were ,on the other hand, very pleasant and it wouldn't keep me from returning.

Wanted to like it, but it was not good. Had haddock and chips. Fish was not fresh and had odd taste, fries were old, and gravy was very strange watery and almost tasted like it had parmesan cheese in it. Would not return.

Just picked up fish and chips, food was obviously precooked, and was burned. Nelly's was good in the past, but because of this experience we won't be back.

First time there..last time there..the fries were very soggy and the clams were also very soggy and greasy and batter fell off when you picked them up..when I told the lady at counter there was no sorry or anything..she said we can cook you another order I told her no thank you as my friend was half way done her meal so just asked for a refund..she was not pleased and threw $20 on the counter..I was standing there waiting for the rest of the money she said anything else..yes the rest of my money..I paid almost $28 for my order..she threw the rest of the money on the counter and walked away..she was very rude..terrible experience
Well I went to Nelly's today with my mum and we had the fish and chips. The fish was really good, but the fries were not all that good. They looked like they were old and just reheated. The coleslaw was good. Overall I would go back if I was to get fresh fries next time.

Been twice and really enjoyed the food and music. We like sitting outside at the picnic tables. We visited late and the icecream stand closed just when we were ready for cones ? really good chicken sandwich fish and chips and pan fried haddock.

We love Nelly's! Everything on the menu is amazing! It is usually a toss up between fresh fried clams, the awesome "Nelly's Burger" or lobster roll! This trip I got a Nelly's Burger. It's rare for me to get a cheeseburger when dining out, especially when there is seafood, but the Nelly's Burger rocks it out! I had the delicious Nelly's Burger while my wife had the Lobster Roll... The lobster roll was chuck FULL of delicious lobster on a nicely toasted bun! The perfect summer time meal! 100% satisfied with our meal and then the new dairy bar outside served us some creamy soft serve hot fudge sundaes! HOME RUN! Sad we forgot to take pics. Thanks Nelly's! See you soon!
