Very poor experience , in town for hockey - would normally never comment poorly on a small business - but the turkey in the club house was absolutely awful
Food was hot and good

Seated pretty quickly, the place was fairly quiet for a Saturday evening in July. Very well air conditioned, lots of TVs, music was appropriate and wasn't blasting, which was very nice.
Keiths on tap, as God intended.
The glasses were a little scuzzy on the rim, but that's forgivable.
Fries were hot, crisp and not overly salty.
Burger was fantastic, telling the server I wished the brioche bun was toasted, I was told they can, I can also specify adding garlic butter as well.
Banter with the server was great, first time being there, zero major complaints. Ingredients on the burger were the best of what they should be, so tasty, so good.

Very poor sound insulation, very loud room, and not a lot of people in the room??

Boring spot ..maybe more geared toward night life but super limited with live music if any and not really suited to the hundreds of seniors locally who need something to do. Hopefully another new owner will come around sooner than not

We just went in for a beer. It seems like a nice establishment. The waitress was very nice. I'll be back to try the food.

hard to recommend a waitress when they are all so nice.. jenn and jenn (the good, the bad) make us feel so welcome...well jenn v sometimes pushes my buttons but we love her anyway. good food, service and all around nice place.
Definitely not my first time eating here, but the quality of the food has definitely gone way downhill. I had a clubhouse and fries this time and it looked like they used the heels from the loaf of bread. It was absolutely terrible. Incredibly small portion sizes were very small all the way around I'm not sure what has changed but whatever it is they should change it back is what they're doing now. Definitely doesn't work

Ended up working in the area, we were so hungry when I smelled the faithful aroma of good food wafting through the parking lot as getting gas. Stopped in and found it was wing night! The wings are perfect with a nice breading, staff are super quick, efficient and helpful, always seemed to know exactly what was needed, and there was live music!
Everything that was needed after a day of work! Will be back for sure! Keep up the awesome work

Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We had the Bison burger with fries and it was so delicious! Juicy and full of flavour. Wonderful place in Porters Lake.
I will be visiting it again soon.

Our small party of 5 showed up at PLP and were seated at the corner booth. We were served by Jenn and Jenn. My buddy is part comedian and tried to give Jenn a bit of a sarcastic hard time but she gave it right back to him. Both ladies were absolutely fantastic. I have no issues going back and would recommend PLP to anyone. Good eats. Good price. Very capable, talented folks working there. ππΌππΌ
