I had my hubby order me a Canadian maple donut because I don’t like chocolate He brings it home and although there is maple, it’s also smothered in chocolate. I’d have ordered a Boston cream had I wanted that. Had two bites and tossed it out. They can use white fondant if they really need to try to decorate it like Starbucks. Also have to toss out my tea after they doubled the sugar that was ordered. So disappointed. Porters lake location

This was the 3rd time iv ordered food and they get it wring every time ...its like they can not read English or dont understand it ffs 🙄

I am beyond pissed off
Time to go elsewhere ill give someone else 40 bux a week for my food

Not a good experience today. Ordered a cheese pizza at the drive thru and found out after getting home that it lacked spice, cheese and was overloaded with sauce. Too many new staff, not enough attention to the finished product.

Certainly agree about the car park especially as the drive through is so busy. I know it is an impossible problem to address on that tiny lot . As a non drive through person I wish we could make drive through pre order only so it moved quicker and less back up

For the most part the service is good. Sometimes they ignore your request to have your food toasted and isn’t even warm. But my BIG issue is please ask them to keep egg shells out of the egg. Not sure who taught them to crack eggs but I get shells nearly every single day. Shells in both today and most days! It’s so gross.

Parking: The whole set up for parking is nuts. You have a drive thru line between the parked cars. And a line up up the road and IN the road. I am afraid their is gonna be a terrible Accident there one of these days.

I like the new guy aha I’m not sure of his name but he is so nice everytime I come through the drive thru and I had an online order but he seemed so excited too serve me coming through the door I was just getting my order and it is late at night keep that energy :)

Customer service is ok..but has certainly gone down hill..depending on locations they can be down right rude at drive thru..

Why do I have to scream when placing an order in the drive-thru? It’s so frustrating that I repeat my order three times, correct them twice, and then still get the order wrong. Please replace their headsets or speakers or something.

You should not really have to ask for a sleeve when being served a hot beverage.
