Porters Lake Tim Hortons is one of the better ones in HRM, you can tell when you drive in just how much they care about the outside and the landscaping alone. The employees were nice and got my order correct, my only complaint was the sloppy fold on the farmers wrap. Of course I’ll be back:)

Paid $22 for 4 drinks and a simply sausage on a biscuit no cheese add bacon, it didn't have bacon and it had cheese, ordered 2 hash browns, I got only 1

Get a bagel and a drink every morning, and 9/10 the bagel is toasted perfectly. Love hitting up this spot for breakfast every morning. Especially love Sundays when the iced Capp machine is rinsed!

Out of all the Tim Hortons that I've been to in this province in the last year, this Tim Hortons is absolutely the cleanest the most efficiently ran food is always top quality. Employees are absolutely incredible. Always get a smile no matter what's going on behind the counter management is done an impeccable job of putting the right people in this place. This is the only Tim Hortons that's not slow. Slow slow. They do a stellar job every morning. There's a huge lineup and it goes fast and efficiently every single day I'm there and I am there everyday

Sooooooo slow. Faster to drive to town for coffee which many do now. Wait time too long. Staff are friendly and kind

Talk about a customer experience. These ladies behind the counter have it all. Call me love, receipt without asking, pumping orders out like the city sewer system, never seen anything like it. Hands down best thing I’ve witnessed in the last decade. Kudos to the this team, I’ll be back in everyday.

Husband ordered 2 BLT sandwiches. They didn't have enough buns so one was made on a bagel. He asked for cheese to be added (extra charge) and extra mayo for both. When opened, the bagel sandwich was missing one of the tops, no cheese and the other sandwich had half a slice of cheese and no mayo at all. $16 is alot for 2 completely wrong sandwiches. Ridiculous

I had my hubby order me a Canadian maple donut because I don’t like chocolate He brings it home and although there is maple, it’s also smothered in chocolate. I’d have ordered a Boston cream had I wanted that. Had two bites and tossed it out. They can use white fondant if they really need to try to decorate it like Starbucks. Also have to toss out my tea after they doubled the sugar that was ordered. So disappointed. Porters lake location
