I got my usual, steak and bacon - a couple times while visiting the area. Each time I visited the sandwich was excellent, fresh and the veggies were all pretty fresh looking and tasting. Staff were very friendly as well.
I didn't stay to eat but the building interior is shared across two other restaurants with ample seating including booths. Seems like a quite place to grab a lunch.

Not worth it, bread is shit veggies are old. I've never tried Robyn's but concidering New Orleans and Subway are in the same spot and and they are not worth the gas to get there I don't have high hopes for the third business in that location.
