The friendliest staff!
We come to this location whenever we visit the area. We always have great service and the food is always fresh. Sadly today must of been an off day, the supervisor serving us was definitely not having a good day. We greeted her with kindness, a smile and were polite, even when she handed us an incorrect order. Her actions were very unprofessional and unlike the service we are used too. We remained polite and kind as we asked for our correct order.
I write this review not to shame anyone, but to raise awareness that everyone is going thru things in life that no one's needs to know about. Despite the lack of customer service displayed this morning, we will return to this location for sure. To the lady behind the counter, I send you peace, I send you compassion and I hope you can find some good to focus on in your day and and the days ahead.
To customers who may find themselves on the receiving end of less than ideal customer service, may you find the strength to be kind and be the change the world needs.
Kindness is always the answer.
Coffee is great breakfast sandwich awesome
This place is just getting sad! They no longer carry cappuccinos, hot chocolate, or whole wheat bagels. Also they cut down their carrot cakes to 1/3 of the original size overnight but they expect you to still pay the same price.
Great service with friendly staff whenever I get drive thru, or gas up.

Took forever to get a sausage biscuit and black coffee. Cashier kept looking at me like I was the slow one making the food.

You go there in the morning and people are just cranky but the night crew are better smiles all around great serving from the night crew
