the Shearwater location which has honestly cost me thousands of dollars because of childish women being hateful to others out of spite and jealousy foe things they cannot control.. who cares if I dated a guy 12 years ago who I have q child with and who has ruined my life and I haven't spoken to since?.. well a few of them do... a few of them and he had well.. relations and he must have said negitive things about me, However any other man I have ever dated in my entire life will not! None from the time I was a teenager have a bad thing to say. Instead of the owner Tim (Actual name) checking into things on camera, he just tool their word for it even though I wrote my number down several times requesting him to call me.. each time I gave my number to someone I thought would give it to him once it was to Peggy the manager and the other times I was told they had left the number somewhere so it would be passes onto Jim when he came in next but esch time one out of the girls And 2 Women who my ex was.. friendly with.. just tossed it in the trash and laughed.. I have the Tim's app and keep my receipts I have spent thousands at this location each year and because of them I have literally spent thousands in months going to different locations or going without.. I am injured and they are probably happy inside reading this (women can be narcissists too. .. there are probably more female than male actually.. I just wish people Especially here in Canada where people are usually so lucky.. would just try to give and help others rather than hurt them! Especially women.. women should help other women.. not relish in their pain.. especially Loving Mothers with their universe consisting of their children that they adore.
....Once upon a time I was a superhero.. I was Supermom! Than my world came crashing down around me due to people like those who work at this location. Exactly like. This is also one of the beginnings of my unjust punishing's.. The owner could have found out not 1 word.. literally not 1! Negative thing they had to say of me was true. .. last time they said I held up the line after not being there for a year.. the truth was I waited 4 minutes at the counter and stepped back to open my app and let a whole line of people go ahead of me, Than when I was my turn again, again thy disappeared! Only for a couple moments but I was looking down at my app at this point waiting and when Peggy came to serve me she didn't announce herself or say a word, I wasn't until I looked up that I knew she was there which still was only maybe 2 minutes max and I ordered my ice cap Still left a good tip! and left immediately. Does that sound like a reason to be taunted and disrespected and treated unfairly? Also I recorded it on my phone so if the camera audio and video soled for some reason I could prove it but still Tim did not contact me.
Oh Warning this location will take youre points and also make u pay unless u know beforehand u have enough to claim ur reward. I would always ask for a receipt! I can evenmpeovwbit with receipts and my bank app and Tim's app comparison.

The staff doesn’t even know their own menu. She was confused and had no idea what the Canadian bacon sandwich was and ended up giving me a sausage and bacon sandwich. Pretty annoying when you’re running late and can’t take it back. And the steeped tea is NEVER fresh. Worst Tim Hortons in the area.

So disgusted by the sandwitch, turkey bacon club I just paid $7.35 for. The lettuce was rotten and they put in ONE think slice of turkey breast. Garbage. You can guarantee I will be advertising this disgusting new practice.I wish I could post the picture I took of it but this doesn’t allow. I wonder why!

The morning staff during the week is amazing, the afternoon staff are hit or miss, the weekend staff isn't even their b team, it's the bottom of the barrel, they can't manage a please, thank you or have a nice day, the coffee is always burnt or old, and they don't stir anything well enough. How hard is it to be polite? Not my first experience here like this and I'm sure it won't be my last. It's a regular weekend thing. Go to the other tims if you can.
