So that was a definite wake up…I went to Sheet Harbour to visit relatives but realized I had arrived earlier than planned. I decide to stop for a light lunch and decided on Haddock Chowder. I was served an absolutely wonderful, large bowl of soup; that I expected. What I wasn’t expecting was the even larger bowl of memories that came with the soup.

What an amazing place, atmosphere and the food, omg the food was better then many places in HRM. Worth the drive and Taylor head provincial park not far so make it a day out with the family or friends.
The Eastern Shore has much to offer and this place is a true gem and a must stop on your journey in Sheet Harbour.
i recently visited your restaurant and i have to say that Eleanor is so polite and hard working. She is always so helpful, polite, outgoing and a pleasure to speak with. the restaurant is very lucky to have someone like her on staff. looking forward to my next visit, good food and great service.
