It took over an hour for our food to come, only two people ahead of us. Ordered the eggs Benedict for 13.99, very disappointed with the portion size of has browns given with the meal, English muffin wasn't toasted, the poached egg was cooked hard, daughters bacon was hard and cold. Server did not come back and offer me additional coffee. Hash browns were very tasty but I left hungry.

Exceptional breakfast experience! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The service was top-notch, attentive without being intrusive. The food was simply divine, each dish bursting with flavor and prepared with obvious care. Arrived at 11:40 and were the only ones in the restaurant. Ordered food (burger and a western sandwich) and it was still not at our table at 12:20. Other people who came in after us had their food prior to us.What's so difficult with cooking a burger and a western sandwich that it would take more than 30 minutes.Horrible service. Will definitely not return.

I have eaten here at least 100 times. Today, the owner was short staffed and my breakfast went from a 25 minute wait to a 40 minute wait. When you use common sense and pay attention to your surroundings, you can clearly see he was behind but hustling as best he could. Don't let the small things get to you. If there was the tiniest of complaints I could make is they don't put near enough butter on the toast. This place constantly goes above and beyond and I plan on going at least another 100 times. Thanks Fencebusters.
Dietary restrictions: If you have special diet needs, simply inform the staff and they will make sure you get everything you need.
Parking: Lots of space right in front, the Pharmasave across the street and about 6 spaces in the back.
Kid-friendliness: I see kids in there all the time and they seem to enjoy it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Although I am not in a wheelchair (yet) it is easily accessible.

Great place for a meal in Springhill. It's like a 'Cheers' bar, where everyone knows your name, and everyone knows everyone. Fast friendly and of course good food and service from a very pretty server. All day breakfast adds to the lunch selection. Though we stayed past closing time they were very patient and let our party of 6 stay till we were ready to leave. Thank you
