We go to this location often as it's one of the very few options in our small town. Never really had much of an issue until the last month or so. More often than not the vegetables look old/dried out/wilted and just not fit to be served. Lettuce that's gone brown, spinach with black spots, dried wrinkly cucumbers etc. A couple times we've asked for fresh vegetables and the replacement containers they brought out looked the exact same. You can find better quality with the pre-made subs and sandwiches at our local grocery store which says a lot. Subway isn't even cheap anymore so it's even more disappointing to be served food of this quality.

Employee Laura was rude, acted like filling our order was a bother, was unprofessional when talking to her fellow employee and just slapped our food together. The last few times I've been in this store, she has been working and she is NEVER pleasant. I have been told by several people that if she's working, they won't go in and they'll eat somewhere else.

This Subway is always clean and the staff are very friendly. They always take care in how they make you sub- it’s never ‘thrown’ together like other Subways….deliciously made each and every time!!

Went in last week and the lineup was terrible waited 35 min just too get my sub to the point of getting the topping on it more staff needed just for making on line orders the lady spent more time talking about stuff than waiting on the customers and the other lady was backed up and she was new to it and she wouldn’t help her out

Im only 12 and ive been going here since I was 4. In grade 5 and 6 i would go there for lunch every day, i didint even have to order anymore they already knew what i was getting. BEST SUBWAY EVER!

Was there for supper, looked over the menu and wasn't appealing. Prices are high. Left
I woke up on Sunday morning hungry and thought why not order Subway sandwich, and so I did. Drove down to the store and it was packed! So I waited in line, for over 30 mins. When it was finally my turn, the guy said they haven't even touch the mobile order yet. WHY NOT?! Isn't mobile order suppose to be quick, that means everyone who got to the store in person was ahead of me even if I did sent in my order way before them. So then the guy proceeds to make my sandwich after standing in line for over 30 mins and he makes the wrong sandwich. I know they had been busy and trying to filter through as many customers as they can BUT they aren't even organize as the guy shuffled through receipt to find my order. Got home and my sandwich folded open and everything fell out. They clearly need to be more organized! I don't mind waiting a bit longer if my sandwich was packed in nicely. Instead they chose quantity over quality. Not good!

Awesome and awesome all i can say this place is amazing tem members i know one is the manager not sure witch one but great team Kushal Himanshv of Springhill subway did an amazing job on a small catering order for the Parrsboro air Cadet closing had it ready when i needed it thanks everyone i would highly recommend themfood was awesome
